5 Stars Roofing LLC 5 Stars Roofing LLC Mount Pleasant, SC Mount Pleasant, SC Full-time Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year $50,000 - $55,000 a year 17 hours ago 17 hours ago 17 hours ago QC Duties and Responsibilities Oversee subcontractors and crews and ensure 5 Stars Roofing build standards are met Ensure Manufacturer Specifications are being followed by roofing crews Ensure SC state, city, and licensing board roofing codes and requirements are being met Develop action plans for roofer performance as needed Respond to and provide quality customer service to homeowners calling in with warranty concerns Inspect and diagnose warranty leaks using water testing and thermal cameras Write thorough warranty reports and communicate clearly in our CRM software Inspect and diagnose warranty leaks Create clear labor tickets to assign to crews to address warranty repair needs Perform quality control inspections on builds as needed Perform quality control inspections of new subcontractor work QA/QC Job Requirements Must have 3-5 years of roofing experience Have a multitude of working and product knowledge on most roofing systems Reliable transportation Clean criminal and driving record Ability to work as a team Can travel outside metro areas or (away from office locations) = Statewide Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to monitor, inspect, and propose measures to correct or improve final product or procedures Development of Quality Assurance Plans Above average people skills Can focus on homeowner satisfaction with all facets of the company Can generate clean, clear, and direct reports or summaries pertaining to said issues or problems Basic computer skills and willingness to expand further with proper training Ability to write labor tickets or work orders with precision and accuracy Can take prospective photographs to build cases Has the ability to be a self-starter and orderly Has experience in repairs and can identify leak points on the roof Job Type:
