Our office if looking for a highly motivated individual who can multitask, follow direction, be punctual, detail oriented and be confident in taking initiative to start/complete tasks in a busy work environment.
A huge part of what our office is is the atmosphere we uphold on a regular basis.
Therefore, we are seeking out a positive and fun candidate who can add to our team and enjoy conversing with our wide demographic of patient base in a fun and upbeat manner throughout each day.
We pride our reputation on being MORE than just a medical office and are in search of another employee to model health and wellness as well as a shared passion for chiropractic care in our office.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Phone skill- Learning scripting, answering and making professional calls, scheduling specific appointments at designated times and coordinating all calls in an organized manner.
Computer skills - Basic understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Suites, use of a card reader to process payments, schedule patient appointments, use of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) we will teach you to use our chiropractic software and how to navigate medical websites.
People skills- Multitasking while being a positive employee that patients enjoy engaging with, be able to relay any insurance information to patients who inquire, know how to deal with potential misunderstandings with compassion, be comfortable asking for money form patients (range from $5.
00 to $1,500) Office upkeep- light housekeeping and constant organization with lall tasks We are excited to meet you and are hosting IN PERSON interviews on Tuesdays but can work together to find a best time to meet.
