- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements - Proven experience working as a real estate paralegal or in a similar role.
- Experience issuing title commitments, title policies, HUD/CDs, reviewing title documents, and communicating with clients/lenders re:
real estate closings.
Please note that this is not an entry-level position.
Previous experience as a real estate paralegal or in a similar role is required.
Matthews Law, LLC is a small, boutique law firm in Mt.
Pleasant that specializes in real estate closings and the paralegal will work closely with the attorneys on every file.
