Established in 2003, we are a premier public Montessori school that serves 450 students from 3 years old through 8th grade. We value people and invest in them. It is truly a wonderful place to work!Daily Tasks of the Data Specialist/Powerschool AdministratorThe Data Specialist position plays an integral role in the administration of the school and is primarily responsible for:
(1) Student enrollment, (2) the integrity and smooth operation of the school's Student Information System and (3) Collaborate with administration, staff and families to reach strategic plan goals.The Data Specialist directly enrolls students (tracks incoming medical, historical and academic information) and collaborates with various local and state agencies to secure relevant information and submit required forms and complete state reports for funding to include 5th-day, 45th Day,135th Day and Civil Rights Reporting Manage the school's Powerschool information database, run queries to extract information, coordinate data reporting and train/support users, records management and work closely with all stakeholders at the school, Manage the annual School Choice lottery and all aspects of enrollment and withdrawal, Helps families navigate and enrollment and withdrawal information, Collaborate with students, parents and staff to maintain a culture of excellence, Obtain professional development and maintain content area expertise, Provide data/reports to school administration and, Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DATA SPECIALIST/POWERSCHOOL ADMINISTRATORTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the required duties with attention to details,proficient technology skills including experience with data bases and spreadsheets and excellent writing skills. Requires a High School Diploma / Prefer a B.A/B.S degreeExperience with PowerSchoolRequires strong Excel skillsRequires strong data entry skills with attention to detail and writing skillsAbility to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with othersMust have the ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basisPowerschool:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
