Summary:
As a member of the Banana Republic field leadership team, the Merchandise Presentation Supervisor (MPS) is responsible for supporting the MPM or CEM in executing visual and merchandise presentation store strategy and creating a compelling customer store experience.

Responsibilities:
_ Drives Business Results_
Supports implementation of product placement and seasonal strategies including marketing and promotions.
Contributes to driving productivity of team to achieve store financial and expense targets.
Works closely with team to measure success of brand initiatives, in-store trends and market insights to drive growth.
_ Ambassador for the Store and Brand_
Upholds a high-quality store experience for the external and internal customer.
Builds effective relationships with cross-divisional and store-center partners.
Promotes store involvement in Community in Action programs.
_ Inspires Team_
Energizes team to achieve results.
Supports team performance through coaching and feedback.
_ Ensures Compliance_
Holds self and store team accountable to all Gap Inc. standards of performance.
1-3 years of Retail Visual Merchandising experience required.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through motivation, inspiration and accountability
Ability to communicate well with others and provide clarity to the team about the brand vision and day-to-day tasks.
Demonstrates creativity and innovation through merchandise presentation and styling.
Established time management skills and effective planning and prioritizing skills.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
College degree preferred.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Ability to maneuver around salesfloor, stockroom and office.
Open availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
